Eyelash Fill Policy
We do not accept Outside Fills. If your lashes were done at another salon, we kindly ask that you remove them before booking a new set with us. We offer lash removal services and can start fresh with a new set tailored to your preferences.
Eyelash Growth Cycle
Each eyelash has its own natural growth cycle, which is why it’s normal to lose a few lashes shortly after a new set. If a lash was already in its shedding phase, it will fall out naturally, whether or not you have extensions. The idea that eyelash extensions damage your natural lashes and cause them to fall out is a myth. When applied correctly, extensions do not harm your natural lashes and can enhance their beauty. Issues only arise from improper application, such as lashes being glued together or attached to the skin due to lack of experience.
Eye Sensitivity
If you have sensitive eyes, please inform your lash technician before your appointment. We offer two types of lash adhesives: one for non-sensitive eyes, which provides a strong, long-lasting bond that can last up to a month, and a lower-irritation option designed for sensitive eyes, which may not last as long but minimizes discomfort.
Appointment Policy
To secure your appointment, we require a $20 booking fee. This helps ensure that your time is reserved and allows us to maintain an efficient schedule. If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so easily up to 6 hours before your scheduled time for a full refund. However, if you cancel within 6 hours of your appointment, the $20 booking fee will be charged.
